WORKS:

 

Choose your training program option (Platinum, Gold Silver), book your sessions in via MINDBODY and work your way through the 12-month program.

Platinum: 2 x Personal Training sessions per week / 1 x Coaching Session per week

Gold: 1 x Personal Training sessions per week / 1 x Coaching Session per week

Silver: 1 x Personal Training session per week / 1 x Coaching session per month

Drop-in: 1 x Personal Training session per week

*All session are supported by our 12 month training program which is broken down into four training cycles.
